Under the scope of the integrated services of the Moscati di Avellino Hospital, parking as a facility of the health facility, for which we have a concession contract in place, has a capacity for a total of 583 spaces and covers a gross surface area of approximately 11,300 m2 on the first floor below ground level and 6,800 m2 on the second floor below ground level.
The project is part of a larger intervention that includes a commercial area, a nursery, a guesthouse and other additional works.
An additional 185 parking spaces are also planned, to be placed under cover, with a glass-covered tunnel as a cover for the car park’s vertical connections.
