The project represents an important requalification and redevelopment work for Modena City, because of the 2012 earthquake damages. The full renovation of the historic building, located in the town center, is going to include civil, plants and structural works and, once completed, will be able to host the students from “Carlo Sigonio” High School.
The project aims to enhance the existing structures, taking into account the historical developments that have characterized the building, along with the needs of future users as the true heart of the project.
