Construction of the multi-purpose tower building with office and manufacturing use, designed by architect G. Beretta and R. Beretta and located in Milan.
The 12-story tower measures a total height of 51 m, spread over an area of approximately 5,900 m2, and built with large windows and exposed brickwork.
During the preparatory phase of the project, particular attention was paid to the design of the electrical systems, which have been divided either to accommodate individual floors, or macro-areas set aside for single "tenants".
This operation has allowed the building to be configured in time according to the management of leases, without changes the "backbone" or the main facilities.
