The building for the new IRCCS Don Gnocchi Rehabilitation Centre, located in Torre Galli and housing 186 beds, is distributed over a total floor area of 27,900 m2, with an additional 30,000 m2 or more of outdoor space set aside for parking and green areas.
The building is designed and built entirely by Pessina, operating as the general contractor, and represents an innovative model from the point of view of architecture, construction, organisation and management.
The IRCCS Torre Galli centre is currently classified within the European framework as a centre of excellence.
