Pessina will build the new multifunctional area named J Village in Torino, an area of 176,000 square meters, which will house the new headquarters of Juventus Football Club, a hotel, an international school and a concept store, as well as all related infrastructure works.
Pessina, will therefore have the task of carrying out most of the properties that are part of the redevelopment and enhancement of Continassa area, adjacent to the Juventus Stadium.
The time schedule of works provides for the delivery of all works within the summer of 2017.

J EXPERIENCE HOTEL
A 5-star hotel, with an area of about 11,300 square meters, including 155 rooms, among which rooms dedicated exclusively to the Juventus team.
In addition to the hotel there are a Press Room, a dining area with a coffee bar and restaurant
Externally there is a large area dedicated to garden, of about 5,000 square meters.

CONCEPT STORE
The building, with a surface of 9,000 square meters, will house inside of it four main activities: a large area dedicated to the Retail, an Entertainment area, an area dedicated to offices and finally a space for leisure activities, in addition to other service areas dedicated to them. In front of the entrance there is a large public square and a parking with 205 parking spaces.

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF EUROPE
The structure is designed as a building on a square base, it has a total area of 8,500 square meters which houses:
- Early School
- Elementary school
- Secondary school
- Auditorium with 133 seats
- The student home (46 rooms, 86 beds)
- Canteen
- Pool and gym

NEW HEADQUARTERS JUVENTUS FOOTBALL CLUB
The eighteenth-century Cascina Continassa, following the positive opinion of the Sovrintendenza Belle Arti, will house the new headquarters of Juventus. The existing structure, that is an architectural heritage to be protected and preserved it will be fully restored with a view to upgrading of the entire area.
