The construction of the new 4-star renaissance category hotel belonging to the Marriott chain relates to a building with horizontal development, comprising two floors below ground level, each with a surface area of 10,000 m2, a pilotis floor of the same dimensions and five floors divided into many units. Inside, the hotel will house 340 spacious rooms, with refined décor and equipped with every comfort. The plans also envisage building a spa and two swimming pools with bars directly connected to a restaurant. The complex includes commercial space and a large green area situated outside of the building.
