Dominique Perrault, the architect responsible for the design of the Nuovo Polo Fiera Milano-Rho hotel, has designed a structure that envisages two towers leaning at 5 degrees, 65 and 72 metres high, respectively, with over a thousand windows arranged in an irregular pattern.
The 4-star hotel has 148 25m2-rooms and six 50 m2- suites, while the 3-star hotel has 250 20 m2-rooms.
The facility is equipped with the best in terms of comfort, with bars, restaurants, a fitness room and parking. The exterior is distinguished by reflective pools of water that enhance the golden shapes of the entrance hall.
The construction of the towers, created in partnership with CMB and Marcora Construction, was completed on schedule, according to the timeline of one floor every 15 days.
