The project radically restructured seven buildings of the historic ex-headquarters of the Mondadori publishing house. The works, carried out on the complex now know as Orti Antichi, have retained the period features of buildings of the early twentieth century and have given a contemporary character to the new structures. An addition to these works was the construction of a multi-storey car park with 207 spaces for use by residents. The complex, which measures approximately 23,400 m2, is distinguished by its high level of finish and quality of materials, as well as the high degree of installation technology. The turnkey contract was executed in 18 months, despite logistics problems given the large size of the site and the lack of outdoor space for the storage of materials.
