The former Riuniti Hospital Complex in Bergamo owned by CDP - Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Investimenti SGR – is going to be totally renovated and redeveloped with the aim of hosting the New Financial Police Academy and the Operational Command of Fiamme Gialle.
The total area is about 9.600 sqm and the project consists in a first demolition of the existing building and in its renovation. The renovated building will host offices, 50 beds and a car park with 105 parking spaces.
The plants system is going to be renovated too.
